This greatly depends on the season you plan to get married, but generally it’s best to reserve your date with a paid retainer as soon as you know I’m the one! Spring and Fall dates are the most popular here in South Texas and are always the first to go.
Travel for single-day wedding celebrations is included for venues up to 100 miles from northeast San Antonio. For example, anywhere between Austin, Fredericksburg, and San Antonio is in the green zone! Most other locations is a flat fee of $500 for travel accommodations. If you’re unsure about your venue, please reach out here.
My contract states up to 3 months turnaround for weddings, but most non-peak season weddings are delivered within 6 weeks and peak season weddings 8-12 weeks. Portrait session turnaround is 2-3 weeks.
Great Question! This varies by state and climate but in South Texas and the Hill Country, Spring and Fall are both considered peak wedding season due to our brutal TX summers. More specifically, weddings in the months of March, April, October, and November are typically the busiest.
